| To Customize & Edit your profile you must be Logged In. In the black tabs bar under the deer logo on the right hand side there is a tab called (QUICK LINKS) click on it. Next click on the tab called (USER CONTROL PANEL). (YOUR CONTROL PANEL) is located on the left hand side there you can customize & edit your profile. |

| AVATAR: To have a custom AVATAR you need to be logged in to the forum. Next In the black tabs bar under where you Log In click the tab (Quick Links). A box should open up and where you see (USER CONTROL PANEL) click on that. Now you should be on a page where on the left hand side you see a list with the title (YOUR CONTROL PANEL). Next click on the tab called (EDIT AVATAR) it should be located somewhere in the middle of the list underneath (Settings & Options). When in (EDIT AVATAR) upload your picture and now you should be able to see your picture in your Comment/Private Message. |
| Customize Profile Background & Text: |
| In the black tab bar under the deer logo there is a tab called (QUICK LINKS) click on it. Next click on the tab called (USER CONTROL PANEL). Next click on (CUSTOMIZE PROFILE) its on the top left under (YOUR PROFILE).
When in (CUSTOMIZE PROFILE) pay attention to the background color, the top half of the page is grey and the bottom half is black. The text behind the black half is hard to read. I'm working on fixing that problem this week. But for now to see whats behind the black half, I suggest you can highlight the black area with your mouse like if you were trying to copy the page. When you do that the text behind the black area is visible. Read whats there and choose what you would like to change.
Sorry for the inconvenience and I promise I will get to the bottom of the problem with the black area. |
| Posting Pics In The Forum: |
| If you are having trouble with your picture size when posting in the forum a good alternative is the use of WWW.PHOTOBUCKET.COM
Ok what you do is go to there website. Next you setup an account with them, once you set up an account you can start uploading your pictures to your new Photobucket account. Once you complete the upload, your uploaded pictures will be saved in your Photobucket account. Remember don't erase your uploaded pictures they need to be stored in your photobucket account.
Once you have completed an uploaded picture in photobucket you have 4 options click on option (IMG CODE) and copy & paste the info into whatever THREAD you would like that picture to be posted in Bloodtrails.net forum. If you want to do a test post you can do it in Forum topic Thoughts / Suggestions / F.A.Q's.
